BLUES AND BBQ DINNER PARTY
w/ rockin’ RoadDogz Blues Band @ The Black Dog
is set to Heat up Chilly December Night

On Friday December 2, from 6:30 – 10:00pm The Black Dog in historic downtown Snoqualmie presents the second edition in their series of BLUES & BBQ DINNER PARTIES with THE ROADDOGZ blues band.  Dinner service begins @ 6:30pm, the music performance begins @ 8:00pm

The Black Dog’s BLUES & BBQ series debuted in October with a packed house and a stellar line-up of four Snoqualmie Valley based bands.   On December 2nd, the popular ROADDOGZ take over the Black Dog stage in what is sure to be another great party.  Known for their “Rockin’ Roadhouse” style, the RoadDogz are a fun, festive, full service live band extravaganza that combines the best of danceable classics, rockin' blues and smoky soul.  With a history that includes sharing the stage with blues superstars like Jeff Healey, John Mayal, Robben Ford, James Harman, and Canned Heat, the RoadDogz have become a stand out on the Seattle blues scene.

The dinner menu for the evening features a choice of
*Baby Back Ribs
smoked over cherry and apple wood
*Chicken Wings
smoked then pan fried to a crispy finish and  glazed w/ the house BBQ sauce
*Beef Short Ribs
braised slow & low to a “fall off the bone”  finish
*Pan-fried Tofu w/ BBQ glaze
The Black Dog also offers an impressive repertoire of Beer and Wine.
Dinner plates are $14-$18; and the band is requesting a $5 donation in support of their performance.

Reservations are recommended if you’re having dinner.

I know you've been waiting on pins and needles to hear from us.  We haven't sent an email out since May of 2011.  Despite what you may have heard we are not dead.

We're still finding our way here in Western Washington.  The music scene is incredible and I can tell you that L.A. has nothing on Seattle.  We never expected to meet and work with so many world class musicians but that's the way it is here.

Dan (Sweet Danny Ray) is co-hosting The Blues House on KSER 90.7 FM in Everett Washington with Jonathan "Oogie" Richards every Thursday night at 10:30 PST.  You can hear it live online at www.kser.org.  It's a great show and they are pushing the envelope of what can be done with radio.  Tune in!

Rocky is still going forward as a professional photographer and receiving lots of public attention for his work.  www.rockyallenphotography.com

We've added Lindy Berger to the line up.  He's a great sax player and brings a whole new dimension to our music.  Steve Hopkins has been playing the drums and is representin' well.

We've got two gigs to announce:

Friday September 16 from 9pm till 1am
Cover is $5
Raging River Saloon
33723 Redmond-Fall City Rd. (Hwy 202)
Fall City, WA

Salmon Days Festival
October 2nd from 12:30pm till 1:30pm
Issaquah, WA

Thanks to all the new listeners and to all the old faithfuls out there!

Loving you as hard as ever,

Sweet Danny Ray, Rocky, Greg, Lindy and Steve
